Alliant Systems recently added several new features that improve Smart Sync integration with Headlight.
Check out Headlight’s brand new Reports Tab. In addition to displaying lists of customers that meet different criteria, these reports are also interactive. Show the map location by clicking the account ID or use the Edit link to update the account information. You’ll also find examples of custom reports and MobileIQ’s route balancing project forms.
The latest Headlight release includes some major enhancement for getting customers pinned (aka geocoded) on the map correctly. It includes reporting tools for identifying mispinned accounts, ability to view individual route days and using Google Maps for all address lookups.
Rob Beck recently joined MobileIQ as a new Project Manager. He’ll be helping clients get up-to-speed with Headlight, implement route balancing projects and develop training programs. Rob has worked with local technology companies for over 20 years in various roles: tech support, business analyst, project manager, manager, account manager and recruiter. The driving mileage also dropped by 85 miles and saved 2 1/2 hours of route time. Just click on any ETA link in the left sidebar to show orders for a single route day. Use the Quick Route dialog to optimize and get driving directions in seconds. When everything’s ready, just print from your browser and hand it to the driver.
Headlight lets you print maps, driving directions and delivery instructions for any route day. It’s a great help for the drivers, especially when making deliveries or service calls to a new area.
Headlight now lets you show route paths. Just click on any ETA link in the left sidebar. Headlight will instantly filter the view to only show deliveries on the same route and date (i.e. one route day). The matching route path shows every stop in sequence. It’s a great way to quickly see how a route is being driven.

My Info and Setup have been merged into a single item called “Setup”. All account information is quickly accessible from the four main tabs: My Info, Settings, Import/Export and Billing. It’s much easier to navigate.
